Quotation & Pricing
All quotations issued by PS Packaging are subject to modification without prior intimation and shall be considered valid for a duration of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. The quoted prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), freight charges, and any other government-imposed levies, all of which shall be borne separately by the client unless specifically included and agreed upon in the official quotation.

Payment Terms
The payment terms are strictly defined and shall be adhered to without exception. A non-refundable advance amounting to fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice value is required at the time of order confirmation. This advance serves as an unequivocal commitment fee, allocated towards procurement of raw materials, labor, and scheduling of production, and shall under no circumstance be refunded. An additional forty percent (40%) of the amount is to be remitted prior to the dispatch of machinery from PS Packaging’s facility. The remaining ten percent (10%) is due upon the successful installation of the machinery and final handover to the client. It is expressly understood that production will not commence without the confirmed receipt of the advance payment.

Dispatch & Delivery
All delivery timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation are approximate and indicative in nature. Actual delivery may vary based on the manufacturing schedule, logistical variables, and other unforeseen disruptions. PS Packaging shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery arising from force majeure events, transportation issues, labor unrest, supply chain interruptions, natural disasters, or regulatory impediments beyond the company’s reasonable control.

Installation & Training
Installation and basic operational training will be conducted by qualified personnel once the machine reaches the customer’s premises. This service includes standard setup and guidance on machine operation. Should the client require additional training sessions, re-visits, or extended support, such services will be provided subject to availability and shall be chargeable at the prevailing company rates.

Warranty
All machines supplied by PS Packaging carry a limited warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of dispatch. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects that materially affect machine functionality. The warranty shall not extend to damages arising from wear and tear, user mishandling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, electrical fluctuations, or failure to operate the machinery in accordance with prescribed usage protocols. Continued eligibility for warranty support is contingent upon the client ensuring timely access for maintenance and full adherence to the operational guidelines issued at the time of installation.

After-Sales Support
Following installation, PS Packaging offers technical support through digital mediums such as phone assistance, email communication, or video conferencing. Should the client request a physical, on-site visit outside the scope of the warranty, such requests shall incur additional fees, which may include travel costs, accommodation expenses, and service charges as per the company’s standard policies.

Cancellation & Refund
Confirmed orders are deemed final, binding, and non-revocable. No modifications, cancellations, or refunds shall be entertained post-confirmation. The client unequivocally agrees that all payments, particularly the initial advance, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of any subsequent delays, modifications in design, or withdrawal of order by the client for any reason.

Limitation of Liability
PS Packaging’s liability shall be limited solely to the replacement or repair of defective parts within the scope of the warranty. Under no circumstances shall PS Packaging be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as operational downtime, loss of production, diminished profits, or reputational damage attributable to machine performance or malfunction.

Intellectual Property
All documentation, including but not limited to technical manuals, schematic diagrams, training content, and proprietary machine designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of PS Packaging. These materials are provided for operational use only and may not be copied, transmitted, altered, or distributed in any form without the prior written consent of the company.

Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes or proceedings arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts having jurisdiction over Indore, Madhya Pradesh, shall have exclusive authority to adjudicate any such matters, and all parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of said courts.
